The new poly foam inner core allows for maximum shape retention and a great "soft-landing" cushion for all of those that are just learning to slide. Packed 3 bases with 6 spikes per set, you are all ready to go to the game or practice. This base is designed to reduce sliding injuries, it is not a substitute for using proper sliding techniques.
